There are two versions: one with a fixed credit balance of € 20 and one with a variable credit balance of between € 5 and € 250
Information about Hepsi gift cards
The following applies to Hepsi gift cards, which you can purchase in Hepsi stores in Germany:
- only one gift card can be redeemed per order process
- any remaining amount remains on the card
- a cash payment is unfortunately not possible
Please keep the card, card number and proof of purchase in a safe place.
Issuer: Hepsi Markt Küppersteger Str. 3, 51373 Leverkusen. The card can be used up to its value for any number of payments in all Hepsi branches.
Credit query possible at the checkout. If you have any questions about the card, or if it is defective or lost, please contact our staff or visit info@hepsi-markt.de. No right to return an activated card, no payment of the (remaining) credit. The card is valid for 36 months from the date of activation.
