Your tasks
In a practical training course lasting several months, you will get to know the day-to-day business in the store and your future interface partners (e.g. logistics, administration) and work on developing and expanding your management skills. You will then take on responsibility for 3 to 6 branches and 100 employees.
You ensure the implementation of our store concepts and are responsible for the analysis and optimization of key figures. You are committed to the development and career support of your employees.
Your profile
- Professional experience in retail controlling or completed studies with a business background
- Willingness to take on responsibility at an early stage
- Success and results orientation as well as problem and conflict resolution skills

Your tasks

Your responsibilities will include the professional management, organization and motivation of the store team of 15-20 employees and the purchasing of goods.
